I am trying to create a template where I use Jotform to fill in the customer details and specs of the contract, and it will email/print out a completed contract filling in all the information we need to add such as customer name, address, item details, pricing and so on. Is Jotform capable of doing that?

Sure, you can do that in JotForm. For emailing, this will be taken care of your EMAIL NOTIFICATION. On top of that, you can edit your email template should you need to include the specs of the contract (I assume this will be in text format using the TEXT FIELD).

For printing, you have two ways to approach it - Either print the form as is (design-wise) with your user's data in it OR, print the submission data alone.

To print the form with user's data, follow the article linked below.

Otherwise, if you just need the submission data, go to your SUBMISSIONS PAGE > then click the PRINT button from there. To ensure the "specs of the contract" (assuming these will be in a TEXT FIELD) will be included on your submissions page, kindly tick the SHOW HEADERS AND TEXTS checkbox on your submissions page.
