I don’t see all the form element options as they had on one of the videos. Do I have to upgrade to get them?

Also can I change to yearly subscription from monthly at any time?

I need some more details about taking payments online.  Is there material on that that I can access?

You can add the Single Choice or the Multiple Choice field to create a question that has Yes or No as selectable answers:
