Yesterday a local union submitted 3 forms for various welding test items we sell. We got the first from Sue Lavan but not the second or third.
Sue received the conformations but we did not?
I can't seem to find anything wrong. Do you have a log of the transactions?
It is important this works without issue. If it does not I need to look to another provider.

It's possible to check the email history for your account and check if the emails were sent or bounced, here is a guide that will help you checking it: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I have also checked your account email history and noticed there are some bounced/blocked emails. I have removed the email address from our bounce list, you may also refer to the following guides about bouncing:
