I'm afraid that the requirements you're looking for cannot be achieved with the current payment integration options, it's not possible to set up a quantity for subscription or allow to select more than one subscription.
It's possible to create reports from the submissions data, please kindly check this guide with details about the different reports you can create: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm
Regarding a check out button, due to the payment integration you've used (PayPal Standard) there is no such button, this is the same for almost all the payment integrations as the payment is processed when you submit the form, for the case of PayPal, the user is redirected to the PayPal payment page.
Since you have already configured PayPal on your form, it's not needed to contact them, your form is currently ready to accept payments.
Also, i would like to add a section to have parents pay for credit card
fees, is that possible?
The PayPal Standard integration does not allow to pay either using a PayPal account or credit card, but we have other payment integrations that will allow this, here are some guides about this:
https://www.jotform.com/help/458-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Pro
https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout
I hope this helps.
