    Hi Elaine

My basic question is that I have a csv file file containing unique data. The user DOES NOT want this data printed in a straight line (like in your example) but rather in a custom format that is more visual and useful to them.

ex client name aaaaaaaaaaaaaa ID #

    address
    city state zip

there is more unique data etc and other formating

I also responded in the Jotform form, but I'm not sure how you will
    receive my response
    Thanks

    Hello Jack,

Thanks for getting back to us. Note that you can import your existing data from the CSV file using our import tool by following the guide below:

Import App: Easily Import Your Excel or CSV Data into Jotform

Alternatively, an easier option is to import the data directly into the Jotform Tables by following the guide below:

How to Import Data in Jotform Tables

Once you import the data, you can organize and manage the data using the Jotform Tables submissions page:

How to Add and Organize Columns in Jotform Tables

It is also possible to create visual reports with your imported data:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
