  • Do you know anyone who loves filling out online forms?

    Thought so. Me neither.

Can you remember an occasion when filling out a form left you feeling like kicking something? A time you became so exasperated that you just gave up?

    Same here.

Let’s face it: even at the best of times, filling out online forms can be a little bit dull. At the worst of times, it can be complex, time-consuming and confusing.

We need online forms, so the answer isn’t to do away with them. But can we change the experience of filling them out? Here at JotForm, we think so.

In fact, our mission is to create forms that make the user experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I would like to share how we managed to double payment form conversion rates with our new design.

  • If you’re in the scrappy, early stages of starting a business — without venture capital or investors — you’re not alone. I know that the struggle is real.

It’s not easy to grow a business without external funding.

You have to swim, or you’ll sink fast.

You also have to stretch your resources and work efficiently. If you’re in the deep end, without a life jacket, it’s time to get creative.

Here is why I believe bootstrapping will make you a better entrepreneur and how to embrace its challenges:

  • Our Brazilian users now have a way to collect credit card payments directly through their JotForm forms with our new PagSeguro integration. PagSeguro is a leader in Brazilian commerce, allowing millions of merchants to accept credit and debit card payments.

You can now power your product order forms, donation forms, and registration forms with JotForm’s easy-to-create forms, and PagSegoro’s award winning payment processing.
  • Let’s say you’ve handed out event invitations and you’d like invitees to have an easier way to access your RSVP form from their mobile phones. Maybe you’ve posted an advertisement at a bus stop and you’d like for people interested in your company to have a quick way of filling out your contact form while they’re waiting for a ride. Or maybe you’re working at a career fair and want applicants to have a quick way of accessing an online application form.

What you need is a QR code.

  • It was a Thursday afternoon in May.

Our team had just cycled across the Golden Gate Bridge. We started at Fisherman’s Wharf, then cruised through Presidio National Park and across to Vista Point.

Still catching my breath, I got off my bike and gaped at San Francisco and East Bay in the distance. Tourists were snapping selfies, while everyone high-fived for finishing the ride.

I couldn’t stop smiling. Watching my team laugh and gently...
