While managing your form submissions, you may want to hide some columns to help you stay focused and get more things done. When you need to view the columns you’ve hidden, you can always unhide, or show them.
In Jotform Tables, there are many ways to show and hide columns.
The first method is through Manage columns under the tab settings. Click the settings icon (with the three vertical dots) on the main Submissions tab, and then click the Manage columns option.
On the left side of the popup, click on the name of the column you’d like to hide, or on the right side of the popup, click the close (X) icon to the right of the column you want to hide.
To show a column, follow the same steps to access the manage column window, and click on the column name on the left side of the popup. Fields that are marked with a green check icon will be shown.
Click the Update button to save your changes.
The second way to hide a column is by clicking the Columns button on the upper right side of the table. To hide the column, uncheck it in the dropdown list. To show it, click Columns again, and click the checkbox next to the column name.
The third method uses the column settings to hide a column. Click the arrow icon beside the column title, and click the Hide column option.
To show the column, follow the steps for the first or second method mentioned above.
Bonus tip: You can resize the column to partially hide it. Hover your mouse over the edge of the column until the resizer is active, then hold, drag, and release it to resize:
The color of the column edge will turn blue when you hold it.
