Hello,
I am wondering which subscription plan we need for creating adequate forms for our ordering system - concerning Express delivery/Courier/Home Appliances Installation/Tech-service business?
We need the following functionalities:
- calendar booking (time slots)
- integration with database or CRM-system, sync with google calendar
- Display embedded PDF in form (for the customer to see and agree/disagree) and eventually sign...
- Customer signature function
- send confirmation email (or text message) 1 to the customer, and 1 to the client.
- It should be possible to update a booked time slot from within our CRM-system, and have it synchronize with the form.
- I want to be able to save a form in several statuses:
- a "drafts" status for our different clients,
- "ordered" status which e.g. sends the information to our database or CRM-system,
- a "planned" status
At some point the order is sent to our system, and the client should be able to update the order even after submitting it.
I want a product specialist or a developer to answer this question, and give us the right guidance and support.

You have to determine the plan by the number you are expecting in a month. Most of the limits are detailed on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.
The following guide will also explain the usages/limits: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-understanding-your-account-usage-and-limits.
Calendar bookings: We have an Appointment field in the form builder. You can use this for booking purposes. It has options to set limits, either individual or group.
CRM/Google Calendar: What CRM are you currently using? You can find our list of existing CRM integrations through our app page: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/crm.
As for Google Calendar, we have Google Calendar integration that works well with the appointment field.
https://www.jotform.com/help/558-how-to-use-google-calendar:-create-events-with-your-form
Display PDF and Custom Signature We have the PDF Embedder widget (https://www.jotform.com/help/153-How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-on-Your-Form). However, you can't use this widget to let people sign the document. It's only for display purposes. I would suggest adding the signature field separately.
https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form
Confirmation Email: It's created by default.
To send an email to the form owner, set up a notification email: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.
To send an email to the submitter, set up an autoresponder email: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
Update booked time slot: It's possible by providing the edit link to the client.
https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Unfortunately, updating the booked time slot on your CRM and pushing it on the submission in the form isn't possible yet.
Save the form in several statuses:
Are you looking for your client to partially fill the form, save it and come back to it later? If yes, you have to enable the Autofill (save and continue):
https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms
Or, if it's a general status for the completed submissions, you can do it on the submissions page. Please visit the following guide for creating a dropdown list:
https://www.jotform.com/help/1194-how-to-create-a-dropdown-list-in-jotform-tables
I hope that answers your questions. Please contact us again if we can help in any way.
