How to View All Your Form Email History

Last Update: May 6, 2016

It is important to know what is the status of your form email so we have added a great tool for you check it from your account. Using this tool, you can find out whether the email is successfully sent to your recipient email address or have failed for some reason.

To view your email history or logs, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the head icon from the website menu. Click "Account"

2. Go to "History" section and and make sure to filter actions by "Emails":

In the page, you'll find the Form ID. You can click on the small "arrow" to view the status and the details of the email in a new window:

That's it! If you noticed that the email status is "Failed", we advise checking your form notification email and make sure that your Sender Details like Sender Name and Sender Email are properly configured.

i checked bounce list and my logfile

but i do not get all emails.

yesterday I only received one email of 3 sent to my email.

do not know what to do?

Your support forum seems to be overrun by spammers, so I putting in my details here, where hopefully a real person will see it. E-mail forwarding to my site has become unreliable since mid-December last year. I have not changed e-mail settings, forwarding settings or anything like that. I have checked my spam folder - nothing in there. I have checked for bounce on your site - not listed. Please help.

I've have checked spam and junk on my email program (airmail) as well as my webmail. I have also gone through my SpamSieve logs and searched for jot form as well as the email address of the form submitter. I'm still getting nothing.

This just started today. Never had this issue before. Not sure why junk mail filters would have started suddenly seeing my work orders as spam? Are there any other possibilities? I can't afford to miss these submissions.

According to the Jotform email activity log, sending email to my email is failing, both using the test button and the submit form. The problem gets solved when I change the recipient email. But I need submission notifications to my usual specific email address.I've never issued this problem before. This is happening since september 22, 2016

According to the Jotform email activity log, no emails notifications of submissions are being sent - even though we have received a total of four submissions, and one of them did come through to our email address. The email address in question is not on your bounce list, and there are no submissions in our junk mail....HELP!! What is going on with this form

This is helpful to see when an e-mail failed to be delivered, but how do we know why it failed to deliver? In looking at our history, one e-mail is consistently failing which tells me it's probably on that person's end of things. However, other e-mails are being delivered most of the time, but randomly fail. The most recent was the e-mail that failed to send on Thursday, November 10th at 19:41.
How can I ensure that I receive these e-mails in the future, as timely notification is crucial for several of our forms. Any info you can provide would be incredibly helpful.
