Subscription queries prior to purchase

Or company is looking for an online form builder to digitalise our compliance processes and other additional purposes such as surveys, registration forms, etc.

We are looking for a company that can provide the following:

 

Digitalise referencing (candidate & employer) Client forms (are templates available? Do you have any related to a recruitment agency?) Electronic signatures Automations (email both candidate and user) Analytics of responses (E.g. we would be using this for reference checking, candidate registration forms, etc. We would want to collect data on those that have passed or been accepted/declined or failed/making progress/etc) Export responses as PDF (save responses from forms) Form importer (speedy population of a form) Rules on forms (e.g. ensure a valid email is used) Integrations? Outlook, Excel, Teams, Microsoft Automate Save & resume feature Autofill option Mobile friendly

Please note that I have already done my research on your company and collated information gathered. I would appreciate a confirmation and specifications to my above requests instead of a direction to a web page, as we are looking to proceed with a subscription purchase sooner rather than later and need factual information to work with that we can rely on.

Regarding analytics, can you please confirm if this can be exported to an excel and PDF with a summary of say “submissions this week” or “submissions received this month/year” ?
I notice that you did not confirm the following:
1. Automations. Is there the option to automatically email a candidate/user once a form has been submitted?
2. Save & resume feature. Is this an option for our candidates?
3. Autofill. Can forms be auto-filled by a candidate via social media, google account, etc?

Unfortunately, Form Analytics can only be viewed. However, the Submission page can do what you want. You can check this screencast:

1. Automations. Is there the option to automatically email a candidate/user once a form has been submitted?

You can add this feature to your form. We have a notification email that will notify you when someone submits to the form. We also have the autoresponder email that will send a copy of the submission to the user. You can also customize the email content of the autoresponder email.

2. Save & resume feature. Is this an option for our candidates?
