US Sailing’s offshore department helps provide guidance and services to the large-boat owners who participate in competitions to ensure fair, safe, equitable races. It manages data for more than 1,000 big boat owners annually, so staff needed a scalable system capable of handling complex workflows and large data sets. “We collect a lot of data for every boat, and we use a series of Jotform forms to accomplish that,” explains Sydney Hough, membership manager.
