How to Unrequire Log-in to View Uploaded Files

As part of JotForm's commitment to handling your data with care, we added Privacy options in your account settings where uploaded files can be only be viewed/downloaded when you are logged in to your JotForm account by default. So when you attempt to download a file while you are not logged in, to your JotForm account, you will be redirected to the 404 page.


We understand that some users do not prefer this control for file sharing purposes so here's how to view/download files immediately without the need to log-in to your JotForm account.

1. Go to your Account Settings 

2. Under Privacy options, Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files
