    Terminate Phone Ext and DDI OR
    Redirect Phone Ext. and DDI to:
    Rename label phone extension as “spare” OR
    Rename label to replacement’s name
    Deactivate Voicemail
    Mobile phone returned OR
    Mobile phone re-assigned to:
    Mobile phone and connection bought out
