Here's a food vendor application form that you can use when you're about to host an event. This food vendor application template will collect information from potential and interested vendors who would like to be a part of the event you're hosting. The vendor application template will help you collect information about the vendors, whether they're from local and nonprofit groups, along with a permit fee that you can collect using one of our payment fields.   • Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by December 4th, 2015
    Parade Date: Saturday, December 12, 2015
    Fee: $75
    Route: East Silver Springs Blvd between 25th Avenue and west to NE 8th Avenue.

  • Vendor Permits will be mailed directly to you on or before Dec. 5th.

    Please mail your completed application form and vendor fee before the deadline.

  • VENDOR PERMITS ARE ONLY FOR LOCAL NON-PROFIT GROUPS OR WHEN A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS ARE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE DESIGNATED ORGANIZATION

  • Vendor Permits must be worn around neck and visible at all times. A Vendor Fee of $75 will be charged for each application which will include 5 permits. A fee of $75 will be charged for each additional batch of 5 permits with a maximum of 20. The fee is NOT pro-rated. You must secure and get permission for your location in advance. The Friends of the Christmas Parade IS NOT responsible for your vending location. Limited quantities of permits are available.
