$10,000/Team - $2,500/Amateur4 Amateurs and 1 PGA Professional per TeamField is limited to 20 Teams
Teams may provide their own PGA Professional, or the Gateway PGA can provide a Professional for you.
The contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of money contributed by the donor over the fair market value of the goods or services provided by PGA REACH. The far market value of all goods and services provided by PGA REACH is $600.00 per participant.
If you would like to participate but do not have a full team, please register as a single amateur and we will place you on a team.
Payment by Check
If you wish to pay by check, please make the check out to 'PGA REACH' and send to the address below with your name and 'PGA REACH Pro-Am' in the subject line. Please note that your team registration will not be complete until payment is received.
