    -Completes and submits administrative paperwork on or by required deadlines.

    Area Management

    -Effectively communicates any maintenance concerns to professional and student staff within AD's supervised area in a timely manner

    -Alerts REC staff of any possible maintenance or facilities projects that could impact the community.
